Sheet Pan Oatmeal

Years ago I was introduced to a recipe called “Amish Oatmeal” by my Aunt. It was delicious but i have no idea what it has to do with the Amish, ha! Over time I’ve tweaked and tested the recipe and this is the current version I make and love! You can top it with fruit and a drizzle of cream (our favorite way!) drizzle it with some milk or just eat it straight. There’s really no wrong way to do it!
