Greek Yogurt Bagels

I’m OBSESSED with these bagels. Note: these are not actually bagels by any real definition of the word. BUT they look kinda like a bagel and they are delicious cut in half and toasted with butter or cream cheese so as far as I am concerned: they are bagels.

And I can’t quit making them. Everyone loves them! Since they aren’t truly bagels you can even use the same dough to make mini pizzas or any other bread-like thing you fancy. WIN-WIN I think.

I’ve even seen people put an egg wash on the top and then dip the top of the bagels into everything but the bagel seasoning or cinnamon sugar. GENIUS,
